These Terms govern your use of ChatLiner. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use ChatLiner.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and have a valid phone number to use ChatLiner.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the content you send. Keep your device and phone number secure; if you lose access, contact us so we can help protect your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ChatLiner to:

  • Send spam, scams or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Harass, threaten or abuse other people.
  • Share illegal content or content that infringes others' rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

Automatic translation

Translations are generated automatically and may contain errors or lose nuance. They are provided “as is” without any guarantee of accuracy. For important matters, verify the original message.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you send. You grant ChatLiner only the limited, technical permissions needed to store, deliver and translate your messages to their intended recipients.

Service availability

We work hard to keep ChatLiner fast and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatLiner is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on automatic translations.

Termination

You can stop using ChatLiner and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
